The magnetic rug comes with ten magnetic patches. Each patch contains 9 specially designed magnets (a total of 90 magnets per rug, with an overall coverage of 6 inches per patch) each magnet is 1000 gauss in strength. These are north facing deep penetrating healing magnets designed to increase the blood flow to weak or potentially weak areas and improve the supply of oxygen and nutrients into the muscle and tissue.
