Our Senior Thermographer is Helen Morrell. She is currently studying for an MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Animal Science (Newcastle-upon-Tyne, 1997). Helen is also a BHSAI (1994), and a Chartered Marketer, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (Oxford, 2001).
The first UK delegate to be trained in Veterinary Thermography at the University of Florida's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010, she was accepted as a member of the UK Thermography Association and the European Association of Thermology after training, and has appeared on BBC Radio and TV programmes explaining the science of thermal imaging and its new application in the veterinary field.
Helen's experience with animals is far-reaching; from appearances on Animal Planet while working with the Big Five in South Africa to successfully competing on her homebred sports horse.
