It is excellent for horses that travel badly and are prone to breaking out. By transporting your horse/pony to and from an event using a magnetic rug you will not only find him/her less stressed on arrival, thus making warming up more pleasurable, but the horse will have benefited from the magnetic therapy preventing stiffness from your horses performance that day.
How to use:
As well as the 10 magnetic patches you are also supplied with 10 hook and loop strips which should be sown or glued onto any rug of your choice and can be placed exactly where your horse/pony needs the magnetic therapy. As the magnets generate heat due to the increased circulation we recommend a light weight rug i.e. a breathable summer sheet. You can always use extra rugs on top of the magnetic rug. Keep a note of how warm your horse/pony gets when first using your magnetic rug.
The fantastic thing about this particular product is that it is so universal you can also use the magnets for neck problems and tension in the neck, as well as spot treatments for legs as we currently supply a FREE pair of equibands which you can position on legs to help treat an array of problematic areas or conditions.
