So What On Earth Do These Bands Do?
The human body produces and emits electromagnetic waves. These take the form of light radiations photons and are emitted by any biological system that consists of cells. These luminous particles are termed 'biophotons' and being energetic in nature they weigh nothing. These biophotons are essential to the flow of information both in and out of cells. Cells must be able to communicate with each other and throughout their network, it is the communicating with each other that enables metabolism, cellular growth and differentation to take place. This information transfer is inseparable from the correct functioning of the cell and therefore is fundamental to the proper function of the organism (human body).
Intercellular Magnetic Resonance
Everything has a resonant frequency, i.e. the frequency and all of nature attempts to synchronise itself with each other (Magnetic Resonance was discovered in 1946 by Felix Bloch and Edward Mills Purcell, who both won a Nobel Prize in 1952 in physics for their discoveries). This can be demonstrated by taking two tuning forks of the same note and placing them side by side. If one of the tuning forks is struck it's adjacent partner will also vibrate and also "sing". The same happens with strings of instruments.
This is an example of resonance and demonstrates how energy can be exchanged between systems. it can also be termed correctly as information transfer, the frequencies are effectively "coded information" being transfered from system to system.
When Biophotons are released by the cells nucleus, "resonance" is released in the cells, this vibrational information is proprogated out to be "felt" and "captured" by other cellular structures. In other words by taking on this vibrational frequency they enter into "resonance" with each other or they are in harmony.
However cellular structures are unable to enter into resonance with each other when there are some interference or obstructions. this can be caused when there is something present that is not in harmony with the cells, one that has a vibrational energy that is NOT compatible with the vibration of the cellular structure. This blocks the normal flow of energy or Chi (in Chinese Medicine) and may lead to the degeneration of cellular activity, which will cause imbalances in the physical body.
So keeping it simple, we all possess our own naturally occurring energy field which is called an aura or (electromagnetic field see left), our electromagnetic field constantly reacts to bother internal and external energies. When our electromagnetic field is disrupted by a negative energy field or a energy resonance that is not in harmony with the body, the bodies performance may become stressed i.e. (electricity pylons do not have a positive energy vibration or resonance to the body) Thus can have a effect on the health of the whole body.
Conversely, when the "resonance" or positive energy frequencies in our bodies are nurtured positively, our bodies may experience the following, muscles may relax, blood flow increases and tension reduces, obviously than providing a positive effect on our bodies electromagnetic field.
